Hal Finney, the first person to receive a Bitcoin transaction (from Satoshi), cypherpunk legend, PGP contributor, and creator of Reusable Proofs of Work, passes away from ALS. He was cryopreserved. His final Bitcoin Forum post: "I am pretty lucky overall."
